Recipe for Irish Cream

This is rumored to be the same recipe that Bailey's uses.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Irish whiskey (John Kentner recommends Irish mist)
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 can (14 oz.) condensed sweetened milk
- 2 tsp. instant coffee (dry)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 4 eggs
Whip the whipping cream in a blender. Toss all the other ingredients into the
blender and mix until the Irish cream is a uniform light brown in color. Store
in refrigerator. Supposedly this stuff keeps for a month, but it does contain
raw eggs.
